A dream thought up 3 years ago by Matt Moore and Chance Adams was finally realized this week. After opening the original Pub in 2011, they opened the Pizza & Taproom along with a state of the art brewery at the beginning of 2014. Then this week the co-owners, along with partner Matt Murdick began keg distributing their line of craft beers in KC area restaurants and bars.
MCBC partnered with Central States Beverage as their distributor. The two partners hosted roll-out events at Lew’s & The Well on Monday and at Bier Station on Wednesday. Also on hand to help with the roll-out were several regulars from MCBC. In addition, MCBC craft brews are now available in a number of KC area establishments on both sides of the state line. Brewmaster Nick Vaughn and assistant Grant Bergmann created the initial offering from Martin City Brewing which includes their Belgian Blond, Belgian Abbey, English Bitter, Saison No. 3, a Black IPA, and a Coffee Stout featuring Benetti’s coffee.
