One of our first forays into 100% Brettanomyces fermentations. A 100% Brettanomyces and barrel fermented dark ale, Colour Out of Space pours a deceptively dark color with a layer of brown tinged foam. The aroma has touches of chocolate, citrus, and toasted character. The taste is a smooth porter like character with notes of coffee, mango, chocolate, and a touch of pineapple. Very smooth and easy to drink as well as a subtle complexity from the barrel and the Brettanomyces yeast.
