One of our first forays into 100% Brettanomyces fermented beers. Dream Quest was fermented in Chardonnay barrels with only Brettanomyces yeast. Dream Quest pours a hazy golden with a tight white head at the top. The aroma is full of grape, pineapple, and honey. The taste starts off with a slight tartness and a very obvious Chardonnay influence, but then slowly warms into a complex mixture of grape, honey, berry, and slight malt sweetness.
